AREAS OF FOCUS
Serving populations 16 and up.

SELF DISCOVERY
Who we are changes over time. Sometimes discovering a new joy or peace spurs on a curiosity. Are you reevaluating core values, how you show up as a friend, what it means to be authentic to yourself first, sexual identity or who you want to be in this one beautiful life? Let's unpack that curious spark in a safe place it can flame high or smolder until you find your heart's warm home.

GRIEF
In a life full of constant change, grief is always a part of the process to move forward. That loss can be a death of a loved one, career moves, marriages ending, relationships changing, moving to a new community, letting go of old belief systems tied to people you love or any of the other changes we anticipate...or don’t. Your grieving process matters and so do you.

ANXIETY & DEPRESSION
Chronic worry can lead us to dark places that can be hard to escape. The trees get bigger while the forest continues to get smaller. Overthinking and catastrophizing can become attempts to find relief leaving you exhausted. Together we can work to find the source and tools to empower you to manage your days ahead.

DIVORCE
& DIVORCE ADJUSTMENT
Divorce can be one of the most painful life experiences for you and your loved ones. Whether you’re contemplating staying or going, and seeking ways to manage either one healthily, we can collaborate on actionable steps towards healing.

RELIGIOUS TRAUMA
Do you feel like something or someone you believed in doesn't make sense anymore? Did someone hurt you in the name of religion? Is it hard to find a safe place to talk about it? Do you need support and a nonjudgmental space with no preconceived agenda to work it out? Let's start a real conversation surrounded by safety until you make sense of it.

WOMEN'S ISSUES
Culture has imposed unrealistic expectations to “do it all” well. That can generate feelings of inadequacy, resentment, and ultimately an chronic restlessness. Does that resonate for you? We can work towards finding what you value and want to live out.

COUPLES
Partnered relationships can be one of the most rewarding parts of life but also most challenging. Over time, they can become polarized by external changes that exert pressure. Unintentionally, we sometimes let life's challenges strain the relationship until it feels too fragile to hold. In any relationship, recognizing and reshaping harmful cycles can build a healthier foundation.

LIFE
TRANSITIONS
Life ebbs and flows constantly embodying change. It’s unavoidable. Going to college, moving away from home, first "adult" jobs, marriage, having children, friendships coming and going, parenting in different phases, empty nesting, caring for aging parents and retirement are all part of the human experience. Some transitions are easier than others. We can work on the places you find more challenging.
